Building engineering teams that execute well and last long is a major challenge. A lot has been said and taught about the importance of building culture and identity in order to create successful teams, but it's often challenging, at least for the less experienced managers, to translate these ideas into daily actions. In this talk i will share some best practices, based on my personal experiences, for daily habits that in the long run, i believe, are essential for building successful teams.
