The DevOps movement is gradually changing IT organisations. Project managers are often forgotten, but they also need to change. In order to do that, we need to understand the required changes on the delivery mindsets. I will cover in this talk the evolution on those mindsets from traditional plan-driven approach, passing through Agile and now with DevOps. This change in mindset will make the delivery to evolve, changing the role and functions of the classical project manager becoming a delivery enabler.
